We work with wood because we love it.
Although our work is highly refined and engineered, every project starts with a tree. We work in all of the standard cabinet woods: cherry, walnut, mahogany, oak, ash, and maple. We also use exotic veneers from around the world. Below are some of the standard woods and combinations that we particularly like.
Standard Solid Woods
These woods are available as solids and are suitable for all aspects of building a piece of furniture.
Standard Wood Veneers
These woods are available as veneers and are suitable for flat panels within pieces of furniture. Some examples might be table tops, credenza doors, and drawer fronts.
